Urban Village
Urban Village a self-contained community will come up as part of the acre South Pointe master planned community. Other projects at the same community will include the Grandview timeshares and a new station casino. The Urban Village will comprise of five distinct affordable luxury communities comprising of almost 2400 residences which include lofts, brownstones, flats, live-work and high rise condos.
The Urban Village will be spread out on 50 acres on the South Las Vegas Strip on Las Vegas blvd, between Cactus and Silverado.The Urban Village homes will comprise of one, two and three bedroom homes ranging in size from just under 1,000 up to 3,000 square feet.
Urban Village will also consist of affordable luxury condominiums starting in the upper $100s up to $1 million. Urban Village will have 24 roving security, fitness center, resort style pool, tennis courts jogging paths, sitting areas, dog parks and other amenities.
Few Homes Remain At Salerno, Aliante
Salerno at Aliante is nearing closeout and only 5 homes in this neighborhood which features wide landscaped streets, stone elevations and is surrounded by walking trails that connect to Aliante's adjacent 15-acre park.
The homes are single-story and built by Pulte Homes. It is located within the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas. The last remaining homes are a mix of three designs that range from 1,671 to 1,900 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths. Den options are available.
Homes prices start from the $330,000s. The 1671 Plan offers breakfast nook and optional courtyard, the 1729 Plan has got a turret entry, and the 1900 Plan offers 2 1/2-car garage and formal foyer.
All the homes have 9-foot ceilings, textured walls, bull-nosed corners and 3-inch baseboards. The community has its own 2-acre landscaped common area apart from all the facilities offered by Master planned community.
