Pinnacle - A new condo development project

Pinnacle is one of several new condo projects coming to Las Vegas. It is planned to built on the site where an Honda and Accura car dealership was earlier located. The Pinnacle is a mixed-use development with homes and businesses planned for it.

Securing financing for the project was an easy task has the land was already held by the owner and they practically had zero debt. Pinnacle will have two 36 floor towers with 1,095 units. The 410-foot building will have a pool dect around which 31 two-story town house will be built. Another feature is the suspended residences which will be built on the sky-bridge linking the two towers. It's liking living in air!

The homes will be priced from $300,000s for the lower floors to $5 million for the penthouses.

Choice Of Four Neighborhoods From Pulte

Pulte Homes Inc. is Michigan based company that operates in 28 states. Its Del Webb brand is known country wide as the nation's largest builder of age qualified communities for people who are 55 or older. Sun City communities are the best known over 55 communities.

Pulte Homes' is offering loads of choices to home buyers in Henderson. Four neighborhoods - Amber Ridge, Laurel Hills, Palm Terrace and Palm Hills offer flexibility of home design, accessibility and price per square foot to home buyers. Amber Ridge offers five two-story floor plans, ranging from 2,559 to 3,799 square feet with as many as six bedrooms. Three-car garages are standard. Prices for these homes start from $420,000s.

Laurel Hills has four all-new two-story designs ranging from 1,929 to 2,442 square feet with as many as six bedrooms. Game rooms and dens are optional. The homes are priced from the $350,000s.
Palm Terrace comprises three single-story floor plans and 40 terraced home sites. The residences measure 1,976 to 2,694 square feet, and are priced from the $430,000s. Bedroom, den, casita and garage options are available.

Palm Hills will have the largest two-story, energy-efficient Pulte homes. The new series ranges from 3,799 to 4,300 square feet,with as many as six bedrooms and four baths. Bedroom, bath, den, loft, and game room options are available. Three-car garages are standard.

All four neighborhoods homes' are built with Environments for Living building technology, making them 15 percent more energy efficient than Energy Star requirements.

W Hotel

Starwood Hotels and Resorts are planning to make the W Hotel in Las Vegas as flagship property for their global expansion plans. The W Hotel will have 3,000 rooms, condos and 75,000 square foot casino with a dozen eating/dining places and upscale clubs. The W Hotel will have a 30,000 Square feet meeting space, spa and gym. The hotel-condo tower will be located in the corner of the Harmon Avenue and Koval Lane. It will be located close to MGM Grand, the massive Hard Rock expansion and Planet Hollywood.

Las Vegas has always been top in the priority list of Starwood Hotels with clients. The $1.7 billion luxury condo-hotel aims for hip clientele among the tourists and visitors to Las Vegas. According to the developers they want to build an oasis to which the residents can escape from the hectic city life.
