Aliante's phenomenal record growth

Aliante has had a phenomenal year. They have for the third successive quarter emerged as the top selling master planned community in Souuthern Nevada. This comes after they were ranked the sixth largest seller among master plannned communities through out the country.

They have had record number of sales and closings this year - 468 closings and 312 sales. Aliante has been an unqualified success for the developers, the community of North Las Vegas, the city and its residents, the builders involved in the master planned community and the home buyers.

Credit should go the North Valley Enterprises, the brain behind Aliante who recognised the great demand for homes in North Las Vegas valley and who set about bringing this concept into reality with so much success. The layout and design of the master planned community, the builders and the location have all turned winners.

Spread over 1900 acres of land the village has both an all-age and age-qualified villages. Over 7500 homes will be built. Already over 3500 families call Aliante their home.

New Condo Projects coming up in Las Vegas

A host of condo projects are in the pipeline for Las Vegas. Many big names have lent their names for these projects. Some of projects which broke ground recently include the Turnberry Towers having two towers with 600 condo units, Allure having two towers with 808 units, One Las Vegas having five towers and 1000 units, Urban Village with 2400 units will be mixed-use project, Mira Villa will have 216 units in eight mid-rise towers.

Vegas Grand, Newport Lofts, Streamline, Parkline Lofts, Stone Canyon and Trump International are the other projects with broke ground recently.

Other condo projects planned for Las Vegas include Cielo Vista, Club Renaissance, Ivana (formerly Summit), Liberty, Sandhurst, H.U.E, Alexis Park, Stanhi, Hard Rock, Icon and Las Ramblas to name a few. Las Vegas Central, Cosmopolitan, Majestic, Spanish View Towers, Red Rock Station and The Curve are the other condo towers planned for Las Vegas.

A few big projects that failed to take off include The Aqua and Krystal Sands.
