The Promenade

Promenade consists of 188 homes totally. It is a guard-gated community and has cozy and secure environment. Large detached single story homes are available along with attached townhouses. The freestanding homes are villa style. Homes range from 1600-2280 square feet depending on the type of home. Each home comes with a two-garage home.

The Promenade is close to The Meadows shopping mall and all kinds of shopping are close by. It is situated just south of Interstate-95 expressway. In spite of its location so close to shopping, businesses and the city it still manages to retain a calm and secluded environment which is much prized by its residents.

A lake and a waterscape complete the picture of serenity for this impressive community.

Las Vegas :The Lakes homes for sale

Located in the southwest off Sahara and Durango, the Lakes, is a master-planned community. Homebuyers have a range of housing options to choose from at The Lakes including apartments, condominiums, villas and detached homes. Prices range from the low $100's up to $2 million.

An older community, most of the properties at the Lakes were built in the 1980's. There are both guard-gated and non-gated communities in the Lakes development. It is situated to the west of Las Vegas strip.

The Lakes true to the name sits close to man-made lake and is surrounded by extensive greenbelts. The area presents a pretty picture all year around. You can choose from waterfront properties, custom homes, tract homes and condominiums.
