Age Qualfied Village - Sun City Anthem

Sun City Anthem located in Henderson is an age qualified village aimed at active adults who are above 55. The community promotes a healthy and active lifestyle with recreations centers aimed at forging lasting relationships among the seniors.

The Sun City Anthem has only about 10 percent new homes remaining for sale. The rest are all sold out. The community is very popular among the older folks because of its great lifestyle features and wonderful location. The community offers 12 single-story floor plans, ranging from 1,496 to 3,175 square feet and has been developed by Del Webb a name well known in the field of senior housing. The homes are priced from the high $200,000s to the low $500,000s.

The Anthem master plan community has its own fire station, commercial components and other common areas. Del Webb is a subsidiary of Pulte Homes and has several other adult communities to its name include the Solera at Anthem, Solera at Stallion Mountain and Sun City Aliante. Its two all age communities include the The Club at Aliante and The Club at Madeira Canyon developments in Southern Nevada.
