Pardee Homes At Dakota

Dakota is a wonderful new community coming up in the Shadow Mountain Ranch neighborhood. It is located in south western part of Las Vegas Valley and is being developed by Pardee Homes. Pardee Homes is a reputed name in the Las Vegas building industry and
has built more than 30,000 homes in Southern Nevada since 1952.

On a select range of Dakota community homes Pardee is offering special move-in packages. On buying these select range of homes the buyers are offered free - washer, dryer, refrigerator and miniblinds. This offer is great for first time home buyers whose financial burden is somewhat reduced by having atleast some appliances pre-installed in their new homes.

Dakota is offering a choice of four floor plans. You can choose from three to six bedroom homes and two to three car garages. A host of options allow the home buyers to customize their homes according to their requirements. The homes are priced from $346,200 to $467,700.
