Office Projects In Full Swing:

The six million dollar 64,000-square-foot office building for DSA Development in the Beltway Corporate Center is going ahead at full steam. Located at Eastern Avenue and Pebble Road just north of Interstate 215 the two story project is being constructed by Korte Co.

The project has two levels of car parking that can accomodate 160 cars. The developers are also planning to begin construction on a sister office building by mid next year. The office building will have several retail stores and restuarents apart from the offices making it a multi-use building.

Korte has several office buildings in the works including four office buildings for the second phase of The District at Green Valley Ranch and two-story office building for North Valley Enterprises in the master-planned Aliante community in North Las Vegas. Korte has also done the two-story office building for DSA Development at Eastern Avenue and Flamingo Road.
