Kingwood At Summerlin

Kingwood is community where three builders are offering a variety of single and two story homes. The neighborhood of Kingwood is located within the Vistas Village in Summerlin. The three builders offering homes are Ryland Homes, R/S Development and William Lyon Homes.

The homes which range in size from 1,515 to 3,200 square feet, and priced from low $400,000s. A total of 326 homes will be built within the village. It will be the last single-family neighborhood with in the Vistas. The different home styles and shapes should appeal to a variety of home buyers and dozens of choices is shape, size, features and external and internal features.

The neighborhood is expected to have interesting look and feel with the wide variety of homes adding highlights which a single builder community can not have. The three builders are in the various of stages of construction and sales have already started.To visit, take Charleston Boulevard west, past the Las Vegas Beltway, to Vista Center Drive and turn right. Proceed to Park Vista Drive and turn right.

The 815-acre village features 28 neighborhoods, most of which are sold out. In addition to Kingwood, new homes are available at Casa Rosa by Kimball Hill Homes and Palmilla by Woodside Homes. Altessa, by Pacific Properties, is a 277-unit condominium project that is expected to begin sales in early 2006.

The amenities planned include two 7-acre parks, each with a 48-foot clock tower at its entry, an elementary school, shopping center is planned and a 23-acre park with athletic fields, playgrounds, a community center and pool.
