Liberty Tower
Liberty Tower will come up on Las Vegas strip. The high rise tower will be 20 stories tall and will have a total of 132 condominiums finished in a urbane nouveau art deco design. A polished glass and soft sand tones structures the balconies will also feature glass finishing.The condo units range in size from 1,109 square feet up to 2,205 square feet. The top three floors of Liberty Tower will accommodate penthouses.
The developers are offering Liberty condos with gourmet kitchens with finishes that you can choose and equip with the latest appliances. The condos will have own storage unit, allocated secure parking and den. The high security building will have closed circuit tv, security lobby with resident key access and resident key elevators that stop only at your floor.
The parking garage which will be in five levels will also have only keyed access. Elevator service is available to all floors of the garage.
