It is located within the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas. Homes prices start from the $330,000s. The 1671 Plan offers breakfast nook and optional courtyard, the 1729 Plan has got a turret entry, and the 1900 Plan offers 2 1/2-car garage and formal foyer.
All the homes have 9-foot ceilings, textured walls, bull-nosed corners and 3-inch baseboards. The community has its own 2-acre landscaped common area apart from all the facilities offered by Master planned community.
