Some Tips On Making Offers:

Don't make an offer when a Las Vegas home has multiple offers and you can't even afford the listing price. Be honest. In a market of escalating real estate prices not many homes that are good enough to buy are going to go for less than asking price. You will be saving yourself a lot of effort and trouble when you know that you don't have a chance.

Also, when you keep making offers for Las Vegas homes you know you will never get a chance to buy because of the high asking price you will eventually be so emotionally drained that you will even drop out of the market entirely. Why not wait for a home that suits your needs and which you can afford and then put in that extra bit of effort to make an offer?

Then again making too many of these offers without a result may make you desperate to go out and buy a home that you don't really like. You will be putting yourself under too much of stress.
