Boca Raton condo's attracts buyers:

Boca Raton Condos are located on Las Vegas Boulevard South and Serene Avenue. It is attracting buyers both because of its location and the amenities provided. Amenities at the complex will include a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, two resort-style pools, spas, and trails. The 15-acre property will provide a screening room, concierge service and complimentary shuttle to various sites in the valley.

The four seven-story buildings will feature 756 units. The sizes of the apartments range from 593 to more than 2,300 square feet. Each will have 10 and 12-foot ceilings, upgraded kitchen appliances, contemporary plumbing fixtures and technological options.The complex will feature a 10,000 sq-foot clubhouse, two resort-style pools, spas and trails.
